A new study is saying Connecticut's roads are among the worst in the country.

The American Society of Civil Engineers report says 41 percent of Connecticut's roads are rated 'poor.'

Rhode Island also tops the list alongside CT.  New Jersey comes in second with 35 percent followed by California with 34 percent.  Nevada has the lowest at just 2 percent.

All of this is leading President Obama to call on Congress to pass a $300 billion plan to rebuild the country's roads and bridges.
