In this flu season, Rogers International School is reminding students to stay healthy with,

"Clean fins for all terrapins," said Principal Cathy Cummings.

Terrapin, being the school mascot, and the campaign reminding children to cover their coughs and wash their hands.

Today, the school's first and second graders learned all about it from teachers, and nurses.  Even practicing some of the methods.  City health officials and Mayor David Martin were also there to help.

This week, across the school district, Stamford students will be reminded of flu prevention methods in their gym classes.  It's all to promote student wellness.
