Greenwich Point One Mile Swim Set for July 29

All ages are invited to take on the Long Island Sound

The 2014 Greenwich Cup Series continues July 19 with the 27th Annual Greenwich Point One Mile Swim. 

Swimmers of all ages are invited to jump in the Long Island Sound at Tod's Point, where the water is predicted to be 70 degrees. The race begins at 7:30 a.m. in heats of different age groups. The top three swimmers overall, and within each age group, will be awarded. 

The entry fee for participants 19 years and older is $55, but if you enter before July 5, $10 will be deducted from the fee. It's $20 for kids 13-18 years old, and children 12 years old and under race for $5.
