Easter started one day early at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center.

“It’s generally a big draw, we get a lot of people in here,” says Co-Curator of the Nature Center’s Heckscher Farm Victoria Marr. “We target kids six and under but we welcome their older siblings and their families to help them find eggs.”

Hundreds of children and families made their way to the farm Saturday for the Center’s 10th annual egg hunt and a day full of fun activities.

“We also have tons of baby animals that were born this month,” says Marr. “So as well as the kids collecting eggs, they also get to go around and see some of our baby goats, our baby lambs, and just seeing how spring has sprung here.”
