Better Weather Forecast For Weekend

By:
Stamford, CT | Added on July 29, 2011 At 08:09 PM

The National Weather Service (NWS) had issued a tornado warning for Southern Fairfield County that expired at 7 p.m.. Though the City was hit with heavy storms, strong winds and heavy rainfall, no reports of an actual tornado have been issued by the NWS.

The NWS forecasts a better day for Stamford tommorow, with the forecast calling for sunny weather with a high approaching 88 degrees during the day and cooler temperatures at night with a low of 65 degrees. Sunday's forecast also looks promising with similar weather to Saturday's.
