Turn of River Students Thank Bus Drivers
Fifth annual appreciation day

They bring students to and from school each day , and Thursday Turn of River Middle School students showed their appreciation.  

"We just wanted to thank them for being so kind and helping us get to school everyday," said Arden Lesoravage, an 8th grade student at Turn of River, "And that way, by doing their job they're helping us do ours."

"We're from Rachel's Challenge and we appreciate our bus drivers," said Sharell Harris, a 6th grade Turn of River student.  

Rachel's Challenge is a nationwide program, inspiring students to spread acts of kindness.   Turn of River's annual bus driver appreciation day culminate's the school's year-long dedication to the program.

"We just try to keep the feeling in our school very positive and happy," said Lesoravage.  

Students gave each driver a card and gift to express their gratitude.
