GHS Math Team Wins 5th Consecutive Math Competition



Team advances to Connecticut State Championship

The Greenwich High School Math Team won its fifth consecutive Fairfield County Math League Competition on Mar. 5th. After competing in five matches this year with teams throughout Fairfield County, the Greenwich Cardinals won the final competition after solving mathematical problems in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and more.

GHS Math Cardinals Co-Captains are Fiona Young, Elisa Martinez and Julia Wang and their teammates are Michael Kural, Andrew Ma and Steven Ma. 

GHS Math Cardinals will now compete for their sixth straight Connecticut State Math League championship in Hebron, CT on Mar. 31st.
