The Center is hosting its second annual fundraising event, Women Empowering Women, next week in Stamford.
Women across lower Fairfield County are invited join together for an evening of networking and inspiration, meeting with a panel of industry-leading women from different backgrounds who will share their insights and experiences.
The event features author, stylist and TV personality Jené Luciani, who will lead a discussion on leadership and empowerment for women.
Other panelists include: Siroui Mushegian, senior director of information technology for Ralph Lauren, Peyton Patterson, president and CEO of Bankwell Financial Group and CEO of Bankwell, Karen Ress, vice president of international brands for Nestlé Waters, NA and Linda Zukaukas, EVP and corporate control for American Express.
By attending the event, guests will help The Center provide victims of sexual assault with crisis counseling services and educate the community including children, parents, police officers, and hospital workers in the eight towns of lower Fairfield County.
Women Empowering Women will take place Thursday, February 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hilton Stamford Hotel, 1 First Stamford Place, Stamford.
Tickets are $75.00 per person; $500 for Friend of The Center (includes two tickets plus special recognition).
