With Valentine's Day just around the corner, Nobu Florist in Stamford is busy creating floral arrangements.
One Nobu Florist employee, May Fausing, said they're creating everything from, "Flowers to roses, to mixed arrangements."
"It's the most romantic day of the year and how can you express yourself and how can you be romantic without flowers?" said Valentin Cluceru, owner of Nobu Florist. "There is no way."
Valentin Cluceru has owned the shop on Main St. with his wife Margaret for 25 years. He says nothing expresses "I love you" more than flowers.
"Rubies. Diamond. Gold. Doesn't matter. They are not able to convey what flowers can do," said Valentin.
"No two arrangement is exactly the same. Colors are different, the combinations. It's just so beautiful," said Fausing.
With more snow on the way and hundreds of orders, Cluceru says they're not worried and the store will be open.
"I'm hoping that everybody's going to be happy and they're going to get their flowers in time," said Cluceru, "And the romance keep going in the right direction."
"Flowers are the most beautiful, the most delicate and the most sensitive thing that is going to go and open any woman's heart. And this is the reason I'm in the flower business. That's why I love flowers," said Cluceru.
Words to remember, by a man named Valentin, for Valentine's Day.
