JJ is a 3-year-old black male cat in need of a forever home. Laurie Hollywood, Director of Stamford Animal Care and Control, says JJ has is neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped. She says JJ has been at the shelter since October of 2013. Hollywood says JJ’s owner wanted to put him down instead of pay his veterinarian bill for a possible surgery. She says JJ had blockage that he was able to pass on his own. Now JJ is on a special diet and is doing fine. JJ has a scar in his left eye from an old injury that has healed. Hollywood says JJ is extremely friendly and sweet.

For JJ and pets like him, visit Stamford Animal Care and Control at 201 Magee Avenue or call 203-977-4437.
