Anyone who's been outside today knows it's bitterly cold.
Many residents were digging out this morning -- shoveling their driveways and cleaning their cars -- as quickly as possible.
"The snow is pretty soft, so it wasn't that bad to dig out," said Melanie English.
"I spent two hours to clean my driveway and my car," said Lexene Charles.
It's just another cold, after snow the snow storm, day in Connecticut. Stamford residents say they're used to this weather.
"I'm all bundled up as you can see. I missed the bus though," said English.
"Cold is cold. That's all I can say," said Charles.
By this afternoon, roads were pretty clear, but it's the ice that people will have to watch out for tonight.
Stamford Mayor David Martin issues a snow emergency yesterday. That will be lifted at 6:00 tonight.
