Stamford’s mayoral candidates tackled some controversial topics in a fourth debate held at the Hilton Stamford hotel and Executive Meeting Center. The debate was hosted by the Stamford Chamber of Commerce and all four candidates participated; Michael Fedele, David Martin, Kathleen Murphy, John Zito. The candidates were asked ten questions on an array of topics including the city’s controversial boatyard plan, the closing and re-opening of J.M. Wright Technical School, and bipartisanship.
1:03-*Why should voters consider you and not your opponents as the candidate who is most likely and most able to forge a governing consensus among rival political factions and political parties in Stamford?
3:14-*Do you support BLT's proposal to move hedge fund giant Bridgewater to the former site of the city's last working boatyard? If so, how will you ensure all sides are appeased by the deal?
6:37-*What role does Wright Technical School play in the future of the city and how will you support that role?
