It's a CrossFit craze at Chelsea Piers CT.
"I love it, it's great," said Caitlin Young.
"Now I get a full work out in in about 25 min when it used to take two hours," said Christopher Zapata.
BlueStreak sports training started its own program, CrossFit S-Town this fall at Chelsea Piers. It's the largest CrossFit gym on the East Coast.
The workout starts with stretching, before an intense ten minute circuit. The name of the game is seeing how many times you can complete the circuit in ten minutes. But it's not just about the competition.
