In Greenwich, Governor Dannel Malloy discussed the federal government shutdown during the State of State address sponsored by the League of Women Voters Monday night.
Governor Malloy also addressed bullying, saying the State will now require additional training for not only mental health personal, but teachers, principals and others in education to identify bullying behavior.
In Norwalk, the Maritime Aquarium came together at Tuesday's Common Council meeting in regards to their lease -- but it turns out there was nothing to worry about. The Maritime Center's new lease was unanimously approved, and will run through 2031. The aquarium will not pay rent to the City, but will pay for repairs and maintenance.
