It'sRelevant reporter Christina Chiarelli sits down with Miss Connecticut Kaitlyn Tarpey.  Tarpey returned to her hometown of Stamford, Conn. after the Miss America pageant.

She opens up about making the top ten, giving confidence to other red heads, and encouraging all young girls to follow their dreams.

She also shares the story of her Miss America interview, when the judges asked her about the issue of gun control, in the wake of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
