For weeks, a 205 Magee Ave. boatyard remained front and center at the city's planning board public hearings.
Hundreds of residents showed up in support and against -- starting at the Government Center, then over to Westover's auditorium.
The discussion: whether the board should approve a license agreement. The agreement would grant developer Building and Land Technology city land to build the 6-acre boatyard. BLT also promised $5 million in city improvements, including building a new animal shelter.
The approval would also move forward BLT's plan to build a facility for Bridgewater Associates.
After hearing all sides of the story, the board will meet again Tuesday.
The board's regular meeting agenda includes the request of the license agreement - and the discussion could mean a possible vote from the board.
