Chelsea Piers CT is celebrating its first birthday in Stamford.  The sports complex opened one year ago today.

The facility is home to hundreds of staff, and high level instructors.

Like Natalie Grainger who directs the squash program, and is the current number one female squash player in the country.  Also, gymnastics coach Byron Knox, who is the 2012 and 2013 NCAA and USA Gymnastics Coach of the year.

They're helping the next generation of athletes.  Starting with 6 month olds, to teens and adults, whether they're playing for fun, or working toward the professional level.
