Officials broke ground Thursday in Stamford for the second phase of Trinity Financial's Park Square West project.
The 225,000 square foot high rise will feature 209 residential units with about 6,800 square feet of ground floor retail.
Construction began in May at 66 Summer St. The $73 million project is set to be completed in two years.
The project also includes an $8.8 million extension to the urban redevelopment commission garage. This will add 321 parking spots, and will be completed May 2015.
