Qdoba, a restaurant chain serving Mexican-inspired food, officially opened its first location in the State of Connecticut Monday. The Norwalk location adds to over 650 Qdoba restaurants nationwide.
Qdoba was founded in Denver, Colorado in 1995 by Anthony Miller and Rober Hauser, who sought to bring the "Mission-style" burrito of San Fransico to Colorado. The restaurant's menu includes burritos, salads, tacos etc., and can be viewed with detailed nutritional information on its website.
The restaurant is located at 652 Main Avenue, where it joins Panera Bread and others in the WalMart plaza. Hours are 10:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
