Jack Hanna and Friends Visit the Maury Show

Animal expert Jack Hanna made a visit to the Maury Show in Stamford to give the audience a taste of wildlife. Hanna is a frequent guest on Maury and has hosted several of his own television shows. His newest series is Jack Hanna's wild countdown. Hanna says he likes to educate his audience in a lighthearted manner.

The zookeeper says he had a love for animals since he was a young boy. He once got in trouble for keeping ducks in his college dorm room. Despite being made fun of along the way, Hanna says he continued to follow his dream

Hanna says zoos have come a long way over the decades. When it comes to dealing with animals, Hanna stresses the importance respect.

The Jack Hanna "Maury" episode will air Friday, March 29.
