Stamford Not Quite Back to Normal Monday


Storm cleanup continues, schools delay opening

The City of Stamford remains in a state of “Snow Emergency.”  Parking is prohibited on all designated Snow Emergency Routes.  For a complete listing of these streets, and more information about "Snow Emergency" visit: www.cityofstamford.org.

 

Metro North Commuter Railroad will be operating on a normal Monday schedule from Stamford to Grand Central Terminal.  Northbound travel from Stamford to New Haven will resume approximately 50% of the normal AM Peak Service Monday morning.  Visit mta.info or call 511 for the latest information.

 

The Stamford Public Schools will operate on a 90-minute delayed opening schedule Monday.  The Stamford Schools also note that buses may run later than usual due to the snow that remains.

 

NEON Inc. offices in Norwalk and Stamford will be on a 2 hour delayed opening status on Monday, February 11th.
