The Avon theatre teamed up with Stamford Hospital to present Escape Fire, a documentary about America's broken healthcare system. The movie screening was followed by a panel discussion with staff from the hospital's Center for Integrative Medicine and Wellness.

One of the panelists, Dr. Ashley Maltz, describes the film as powerful and says she was eager to share it with the Stamford community. Maltz says she hopes the film can inspire people to be more open minded to alternative medicine and change in the healthcare system.
