The Interfaith Council of Southwestern Connecticut led a discussion with the Stamford community about the need for stricter gun control laws. The Stand Against Violence Effectively meeting took place Monday night at the First Congregational Church of Stamford. On Feb. 14th, people in the stamford community will join a march for change at the state capitol in Hartford. The next meeting of Stand Against Violence Effectively will take place Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the First Presbyterian Church in Greenwich at 7 p.m.
