In late May, Mike Palmer and Steve Sabia purchased what used to be Benny's Fast Break and turned it into the Bridge St. Wienery. The pair have kept most of the classic burgers, fries and hot dog menu in tact, but have made it their mission to keep the hot dog at the forefront.
